FavFolders for Vinted is an independent, unofficial browser extension and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Vinted.

Purpose

FavFolders for Vinted helps users organize and filter the favourites page on supported Vinted websites using live search, local folders, and sold/unavailable-item filtering.

Website content accessed

To provide these features, the extension reads visible content on the user's Vinted favourites page, including visible listing text, item identifiers, item links, and sold/unavailable labels.

Data stored locally

The extension stores the following information only in chrome.storage.local on the user's own Chrome profile:

folder names created by the user;
Vinted item identifiers and links assigned to those folders;
the current search text;
the hide-sold preference;
the currently selected folder.

Data collection and sharing

The extension does not transmit Vinted page content, folder data, browsing data, credentials, messages, payment information, or other extension data to the developer or to third parties.

The extension has no analytics, advertising, remote backend, or account system.

How data is used

Data accessed or stored by the extension is used only for its single purpose: searching, organizing, and filtering favourites on the user's Vinted favourites page.

Data sales and transfers

User data is not sold, transferred, shared, or used for advertising, creditworthiness, lending, or any purpose unrelated to the extension's single purpose.

Data retention and deletion

Locally stored data remains in the user's Chrome extension storage until the user clears the extension's data or uninstalls the extension.

Permissions

The extension requests the storage permission so that folder assignments and preferences can persist locally between visits.

The content script is restricted to supported Vinted favourites pages and accesses visible page content only to provide the extension's user-facing features.
